SB disposes of the best printing machines on the market, ready to take on the most demanding designs.

Our 10 main flexo printing machines (five 6 colour and five 8 colour machines) give us the capacity to produce around 300 million meters of the highest quality packaging.

Types of printing:

• Flexo printing<br /> Technical improvements in this print format continue to offer sharper and cleaner printing capability, that can handle subtle tones as well as fine print screen values.
• Advanced ink system

A modern printing department, run by a highly qualified team and motivated print operators assure top quality of its products. Segers & Balcaen has 12 CI flexo printing presses in total. Every year SB prints about 300 million meters of film.

Its own preparation department can produce the highest quality printing plates.
SB uses the most advanced ink system with our ink laboratories for color matching. With our ink mixing stations on site we produce our own inks.
